My butt is numb - literally. Wow! I won't bore you with the gory details but if any of you ever have the chance to go to a small town Vermont town meeting - Don't! :) Just kidding. It's good to be informed about what is going on in your town. I'm just glad it's only once a year!
Ok, didn't come up with any amazing revelations at the meeting, but I did have a few people notice how much weight I've lost. THANKS!!!! It really does help so much to know that people are noticing my hard work! It gives me so much renewed FIRE to keep it up! WOOT!!!!
Last recipe of the night I will post is my chickpea salad. It's wonderfully delicious, low in points & high in dragonbreath power! Seriously! :)
Oh, and from now on I won't be sharing my 'food log' with you. I WILL, however, be sharing my nutritional diary with you. Food log sounded too much like the product of my eating - nutritional diary sounds fancier. And you know me - I'm ALL about fancy! HA!!!!

Breakfast:

Lunch:
1/3 c. brown rice (2 PP)
1/2 c. Cranberry-Pear Chicken (3 PP) Oh, how I LOVE this stuff!!!!
1 1/4 c. broccoli wasabi peanut salad (4 PP) - I made this recipe with less cranberries / peanuts
3/4 c. Chickpea salad (3 PP)
1 Hurricane Jenn Chocolate Chip Cookie (just a toll house cookie!)
Dinner:
1 c. broccoli wasabi peanut salad (5 PP) - more cranberries / peanuts, more points!
1 c. Chickpea salad (4 PP)
Jenn's Coffee (2 PP) - I figured I'd need a little caffeination to keep me up for the meeting!
Town Meeting Snacks:
5 small clementines (0 PP)
3/4 oz. brownie (2 PP) - they were downstairs when I went to use the bathroom. Couldn't (didn't want to??) resist!!! Felt sick after eating the damn thing! AIGH!!!!! I need to work on impulse control!
